To make sure that your title is clear and legal, we work closely with Beard y Associadas (Beard and Associates), a reputable lawyer's office located in Sosúa. Before we list, we make sure that the person who claims ownership actually owns the property 'clear and legal'. We check for the recent localization survey and then when you buy, we make sure that the title is transfered completely and legally to your name.
